Lecture and Q&A session with The Narcicyst and a concert that night!

On February 22 and 23 Arab Student Union, along with the Multicultural Center and Cultural Forum are hosting a 2 day Arab Arts Festival, featuring Iraqi-Canadian visual artist Sundus Abdul Hadi, and Iraqi-Canadian hip-hop artist the Narcicyst.

February 23- Lecture and Q&A with the Narcicyst in the EMU, Mills International Center. 3:00pm – 4:30pm

February 23- CONCERT. The Narcicyst! and opening act BigMo. in the EMU Ballroom. Doors open at 8:00pm, Concert starts at 8:30pm.

The Narcicyst is an Iraqi-Canadian hip-hop artist, journalist, and author currently living in Montreal. "Time Magazine. The NY Times. CNN. BBC Radio. Al Jazeera. That’s the kind of attention Narcy has received in the past few years as one of North America’s only Iraqi-Canadian Rappers. Combined with his reputation as being an intelligent ambassador for conscious Arab Hip-Hop with searing lyrical content and impeccable flow, Narcy is a rising force in the music and academia scene of Canada and internationally."
